KeyDexa is a new store for digital goods.
We have only just opened, but from the very start we want to build a shop that can be trusted. We created KeyDexa because we know ourselves how much it matters to get the digital product you need quickly and at a fair price — without unnecessary complications or a long wait.
Right now we are actively growing the shop, expanding the range, and working to make every purchase as simple and straightforward as possible.
We are not going to tell stories about ten years of experience — KeyDexa is only starting out. That is exactly why our first customers matter so much to us: their trust, and every single review.

The business behind the shop
Keydexa is run by one person, not a company with a support department. Whoever answers your email is the same person who fulfils your order, from Latvia, under EU consumer law. Ask for anything you need in order to buy — a company number, an invoice with your VAT id on it — and you will get it by return of email.
Why the prices look like that
The keys come from the secondary market — surplus inventory and regional distribution — rather than from publishers directly. That is the entire reason a licence costs a fraction of the shelf price, and it is the first thing worth knowing about anyone selling them this cheap.
It also means a publisher can, rarely, withdraw a key it decides was distributed outside its own terms — sometimes months after it was activated. If that ever happens to something bought here, you get a working replacement or your money back. No time limit, and you do not have to argue the case.
What this shop will not do
- ✕No invented "was" prices. The struck-through figure is the publisher's own recommended price, and it says so underneath.
- ✕No reviews written by us. Only someone with a paid order for that exact product can post one — which is also why there are not many yet.
- ✕No countdown timers, no "seven people are viewing this", no pre-ticked boxes at checkout.
- ✕No promise of instant delivery on something issued by hand. Every listing states its own delivery time before you pay.
When something goes wrong
Write to us before you write to your bank. A chargeback on a delivered key is handled by the payment provider as a fraud claim, and it is slower and worse for you than simply being refunded. Almost everything is resolved the same day — including the cases where you are entirely in the right.
How to reach a person
By email, and that is it. There is no ticket queue and no bot. Include your order number — it looks like KDX-8821 and sits at the top of your receipt.
