Can a key be revoked after I activate it?+
It is rare, but we will not tell you it is impossible. We buy surplus and regional stock rather than from the publisher directly, and a publisher can in principle withdraw a key it decides was distributed outside its terms. If that ever happens to something you bought here, we replace it or refund you in full — that promise is what you are actually buying from us, and it has no time limit.
What does the region on a listing mean?+
Some licenses only activate in certain countries. Every listing states its region before you buy: Global works anywhere, US means the United States. We will not sell you a region-locked key without saying so, and forcing the wrong region with a VPN is what gets accounts banned.
Do I need an account to buy?+
No. Guest checkout is the default — enter an email, pay, receive your key. An account is only useful if you want your past orders and keys kept in one place for re-downloading later.
Where do the keys come from?+
From surplus inventory and regional distribution — the same secondary market the large key sites buy on. That is why the prices are what they are. Every key is checked before it goes on sale and activates against the publisher's own servers, and anything that fails is replaced or refunded.
How do I pay?+
Stripe handles cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is available as an alternative. Your payment details never touch our servers.
What if my key doesn't work?+
Contact support with your order number. We check the key against the publisher and either issue a fresh one or refund you in full. The replacement window is 14 days from purchase — and a key that is revoked later is covered with no time limit at all.
